BliinkHR offers a comprehensive cloud-base platform that incorporates recruiting, on boarding, performance management, compensation planning, time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, payroll and more.

BliinkHR also enables users to manage employees' data which includes employment history, payroll, and to add notes and upload documents into each profile. Employees can request paid time off using the BliinkHR app, which managers can then approve or decline.

BliinkHR also allows users to create a custom HR action plan, research HR policy, run analysis of any data within the system to develop customized reports, run a strategic HR needs gap analysis, survey employees and develop new hire packets.
